CIP Research Interns Cecilia Wanjuu and Joyce Ndunge
Two Masters students from the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology, Cecilia Wanjuu and Joyce Ndunge have been offered research Internship by the International Potato Centre (CIP) at ILRI Campus, Nairobi. The two students of MSc. Food Safety and Quality will in the next three months carry out their research at CIP based on Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato Puree and its products such as bread. This new Collaboration involves students working in projects that deliver CIP results as well as the students earning their masters dissertations under the supervision of Dr. Tawanda of CIP and Dr. Abong' of the University of Nairobi.
