Cecilia Wanjuu and Joyce Ndunge, students of MSc. Food Safety and Quality presented their proposals before CIP staff on 11th May 2016 under the guidance of the supervision of Dr. Tawanda of CIP and Dr. Abong' of the University of Nairobi. This presentation followed an earlier one which was approved by the Department in March 2016 and it was necessary for the students to get more feedback as they embark on their research.
