The Department of Food Science, Nutrition, and Technology recently held a practical session for the core course Food Nutrition and Dietetics, during which students prepared and presented therapeutic meals for patients with various health conditions.
The session was graced by renowned Kenyan celebrity chef Holy Dave, who was invited by Prof. Catherine Kunyanga, the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture. Dr. Angela Andago, the course coordinator, was also present during the session.
