Food Quality Management and Food Loss/Waste Reduction in Home-Grown Meals Programme Workshop-Kajiado, December 7, 2021

The workshop brought together stakeholders from Kajiado to discuss pertinent matters on the subject and was led by Dr. Abong, Prof. Ambuko and Prof. Mburu from the faculty of Agriculture. The key issues included identifying key stakeholders and map how the school meals programmes are currently managed, look at drivers and barriers and how the local solutions may be enhanced.
