The short course on Postharvest Food Loss and Waste Reduction and Sustainable Food Systems aims to capacity build participants
in order to reduce the postharvest losses and waste of food in line with the SGD goal 12 on responsible production and consumption of foods.
The virtual theoretical and practical demonstration modules cover both crop and non-crop-foods under the guidance of technical expertise from across the world.There will also be a physical practical session at the Department of Food Science Nutrition and Technology at a later date
