The University of Nairobi continues to position itself as a global leader in research and innovation. Recently, the University scientists scooped 18 positions in the coveted top 50 nationally by Alper Dodger (AD) Scientific Index. As a learning institution, we have a bigger mandate to generate, preserve and transfer knowledge for utilization in a manner that meets the aspirations of Kenyans and the global community. It is against this background that the University has established the University of Nairobi Foundation to support the University in fulfilling its mission of teaching and learning, research and community service.
