7th Innovation and commercialization for sustainable Development
During the 7th Nairobi innovation week at the University of Nairobi , the Department of Food Science Nutrition and Technology was represented by Dr. Lucy Njue and Dr. Caroline Muthike whereby they show cased different uses of garlic and also Dr. Duke Gekonge show cased products from the Pera Foods which is hosted in the Department , has innovated products such as Tropical Fruits wine, Tropical whole fruit juices and Therapeutic /foods .
