Metaboloic and Nutritional Diseases of Food Animals provides those interested in animal welfare with a sufficient but comprehensive account of metabolic and nutritional diseases of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs. The Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology set a record during the recently celebrated 74th graduation ceremony of the University of Nairobi by graduating four PhD students within the Faculty of Agriculture.
